Vintage Magnatone 260 Guitar Tube Amp
Nice vintage 1958 Magnatone model 260 all tube amplifier, manufactured by Magna Electronics Inc. Features 2 Channels with A & B inputs, separate volume, bass and treble controls, vibrato intensity and speed controls and twin 12 Jansen speakers. Amp is in good working condition. Recently serviced and tested. New 3-prong power cord. Power and output transformers are not original. Measures about 27″ W, 19″ H and 9 D, weighs 46 lbs. Controls are static free, all inputs and vibrato are working fine, shows some very slight wear. The 260 used a pair of 5881 valves (6L6), putting out around 35 watts.
