Vintage Tube Amp

Vintage 1960′s Sears/Silvertone Model #1457 RED SPARKLE GUITAR TUBE AMP IN CASE. Rare Sears/Silvertone/Dandelectro sparkle red double cutaway with twin lipstick pickups, with built in (working amp) in case. ONLY issue is the common headstock split along the length of the tuners (please see pics). The crack HASNT made its way all the way through the front of the headstock, so a pretty seamless glue repair would be pretty easy to do for a repairman or someone with a little more skill than I possess. Because of the headstock issue, the guitar has not been re-strung with new strings. The amp was tested with a different guitar, and seems to work fine. A seldom seen guitar with a pretty simple repair AND you get an amp to boot. Sorry, I dont have the original foot switch. But I will include what I believe to be the original leather strap. Vintage 1960s Gibson Atlas Tube Head 6L6 (2) 6L6s Trans # 606429. I brought it up slowly on a Variac as it has been sitting for years. All the tubes lit up and it comes on and is louder than I remembered but after a few seconds it gets a background noise. I tested the tubes and they are all OK, so it must be caps.
