Rare Vintage HEATHKIT AA-30 Tube Amplifier in Excellent Collector Condition
A rare vintage Heathkit AA-30 tube amplifier in excellent cosmetic and operating condition. The face and cover of this Heathkit tube amp are outstanding, this tube amp has seen little running time – see the pictures! Works very well, powerful sweet tube sound. All functions and controls and tubes have been tested. Fully serviced – all switches and controls have been cleaned. Chassis and faceplate is in great condition. Tubes all test well, all tubes are vintage, complement includes. 4 of vintage 6BQ5/EL84 marked’Made for Daystrom Ltd 339 W’, test at 108, 102, 105 and 120 on my DynaJet 747 tester (note that Daystrom owned Heathkit). 1 of vintage GZ34 marked’GZ34 Mullard Made in Great Britain’, tests at 108. 2 of vintage yellow-label Philips 7199 marked’7199 USA ECG LR AHV’; a rare, great sounding and desirable matched set, both test at over 120. Original power cord in great condition. A lightweight dustcover is included. This highly collectible, beautiful AA-30 is the best HK tube amp I have seen in my 40 years of collecting.
