McIntosh MC240 stereo tube amplifier vintage
McIntosh MC240 stereo tube amplifier. I have not tried to plug this unit in because I do not have a variac. There is some pitting on the chrome but not very much. Most of the silkscreen has been removed by polishing by a prior owner. There is a full compliment of tubes but they have not been tested to know if they are good. The four large 6L6-GC tubes are original RCA made for McIntosh. There is a rare tube cage included. The original capacitors have been replaced with quality SiderealKaps. The connectors have obviously been updated but I dont know the extent of the work or when it was done. Low ball offers will be politely ignored.
