Dies ist ein Vintagetools Custom Rack (VTCR) bestückt mit einem der legendären TAB, Siemens oder Telefunken V72 Röhrenverstärker. Das abgebildete Modul ist ein Beispiel. Marke und Seriennummer können abweichen! Das Gehäuse ist in 19 2HE gebaut und sehr hochwertig gefertigt. Das Rack beinhaltet folgende Extras. Phantomspannungsmodul mit 230V Eingang und stabilen, langsam ansteigenden 48V DC Ausgangsspannung für Kondensatormikrofone. Das langsame Ansteigen schont den V72 Eingangsübertrager. Verstärkungsregelung in 11-Schritten von 0dB bis 34dB. Umgesetzt mit einem vergoldeten Stufenschalter. Eigens für dieses Rack hergestellter Netzeingangstrafo mit 238V/115V Eingangsspannung (nach Wunsch und Kundenangabe) und stabiler 220V Ausgangsspannung. Die Geräte der V72 Serie wurden damals mit 220V Netzspannung betrieben, während heutige Stromnetze oft 235V – 239V liefern. Die Drosselung auf 220V schon die Röhren und sorgt für einen verzerrungsärmeren Sound, bzw. Den Originalsound des Gerätes. Bitte beachten Sie auch unseren. Vintage 1974 Ampeg V4-B Bass Amp Head. I just pulled this amp out of storage where it’s been for nearly 2 decades. I don’t have a bass so I tested it out with an electric guitar just to make sure everything is functioning properly. I played it for about a half hour but didn’t take the volume above 4. It’s been idle for a long time and I think it should get the once over by a tech before really pushing it. The good: All the controls worked properly. Every knob and switch seems to be doing what it is supposed to do. Additionally, when it was last retubed when 7027As were still available, (no longer the case) so it has a nice set of Magnavox branded 7027 output tubes. The bad: The lamp for the power indicator is burned out (the standby light works fine) The amp has normal scuffs and scrapes you’d expect from a heavy amp head and one big spot where the vinyl is missing.
