Vintage Tube Amp

I picked this amp up used. I had my friend test it. He attached a microphone to it and both channels worked. We didn’t have a guitar to connect to it. All the tubes light up. The little light on the front panel doesn’t come on. It may just be the bulb. It has some cosmetic wear from normal use (see photos). I don’t know what year this was made.
