Vintage Tube Amp

This Listing is for a Vintage Heathkit SP-2 Stereo Preamp Pre-Amplifier 12AX7 Tubes. This is in pretty good condition. Tested and it plays well. Some of the pots are just a bit scratchy, could use a good cleaning. It is missing the feet and one of the screws is bent a little. This particular set is the same as the 3-hole military VT-231 version, and tests strong. Special care was taken not to rub off any of the print while testing. The tubes’ test results are displayed in the photos (New 6SN7 Spec 100% = 2,600 Gm). See the photos for physical / cosmetic condition. Notes Regarding Tube Tests. This particular set tests strong and are closely balanced / matched. The print on these tubes is fragile and will easily rub off, some has already rubbed off, special care was taken not to rub off any more while testing. Vintage Sony Superscope (became Marantz in 1987) SRA3 Vacuum Tube Stereo Microphone Recording Amplifier / Preamp. The unit passed a signal when a short bench test was done. All tubes tested within spec on a Hickok TV10. This unit should be recapped for continued use. All the lights were working when tested. Vintage Legend Model A30 1z12 Guitar Amplifier Tube Preamp RARE. Made in the USA and Legend Amps were used by such artists as Billy Gibbons and Peter Frampton. These amps have a great sound! This vintage amp has seen some use, top cabinet has a hairline crack in the wood but the tongue and groove corner joints are still rock solid. Amp show signs of wear, some pots are scratchy and need attending to or replacement but all functions work. Speaker was replaced with a Fender speaker.
