I have for sale a vintage pair of Heathkit AA-61 tube amps, I’ve owned these amps for over twenty years, I’ve used them with a variety of preamps and speakers through the years without problems. I had a shop check them out several years ago and replace some parts, a local electronic tech checked them late last year and replaced some resistors and capacitors. These are vintage electronic units, they have been serviced intermittently, and are in operating condition at this time, they have not been totally restored. No expense was spared in the complete restoration of these wonderful amplifiers. Comes with all good vintage vacuum tubes, no Russian or Chinese junk. All capacitors replaced with only the best quality audio caps, as well as all resisters, tube sockets, speaker connectors, and switches. The only issue I can see is one of the rectifier tube sockets must be loose. I sometimes have to touch one rectifier in order to get it to light. This is a minor issue in the overall condition of these high quality amplifiers. Sound is very clear, and very strong. Tubes are (2) EL84 (Hammond) outputs, 6AN8 (RCA) preamp, 6CA7 (Fisher, Great Britain) rectifier. 10″ x 7″ x 5 and weighs about 11 lbs each. With over 2120 Positive Feedbacks.
