Here we have a Grundig NF-2 Stereo Tube power amp in good working condition. Pair of EL84′s per side, around 15Wrms per channel. Includes speaker connector and harness. Excellent bass response from the high quality output transformers. Full power measured response 40-15Khz +/-1dB. The amplifier has been rebuilt. The original AC connector was replaced with a fused IEC inlet. Also the main filter cap was replaced and some leaking coupling caps also replaced. RCA input jacks also added to top of chassis for convenient hookup. The amplifier is in good operational condition, ready to go into service. Sovtek EL84′s and JJ 12ax7 are currently installed.

Turns on, lights up, all tubes light up, and produces a sweet warm sound. NOTE: Virtually all vintage tube amps require routine maintenance and servicing to operate reliably over time. Eico HF20 tube amp. Amp powers on and has good sound from the different inputs and 8ohm speaker output, with a slight hum heard when nothing is being played, and slightly “scratchy” knobs. Unit could probably use some service as it has been sitting for many years, and due to this like any vintage electronic: could become defective at any point. Harman Kardon A500 Vintage Integrated Tube Stereo Amplifier. I acquired this amplifier from a friend of mine about 30 years ago. It was my primary stereo for 20 years until we moved 10 years ago at which time it was boxed up and set on a shelf until last week when I pulled it out to test for listing. When I turned it on I remembered why I loved this amp so much. The problem is, I will not have room in the place we are now moving to, consequently it is up for sale. I just dusted it off, cleaned the pots and switches with contact cleaner, tested all the tubes and sat and listened to it for a while. This is a great sounding powerful stereo amplifier with lots of unique features including the blending feature allowing you to blend the two separate stereo channels to a specific blending of your choice while monitoring the amount of blend with the indicator lamps. It also has a volume potentiometer controlled low level signal out for a center channel if desired. A very cool not so common feature for a stereo amplifier of this era. This is a very well built piece of equipment with massive transformers and lots of shielding. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS from Owners Manual: Two 7355 tubes per channel, self-biased, tetrode connected in Class AB1 operation.
