This is a rare beautiful model of Philips Belgian daughter company MBLE tube stereo amplifier from the 60s. It has 10 tubes in it. You can find more info on internet. They are sought after for their great sound and cool look. The amp is working, but one channel is lower level. You will need to change the tubes probably.
