RCA Tube Monaural Power Amplifier in good working condition. I’m not sure of the model as the paper tag is incomplete. I hooked a speaker to it and plugged my electric guitar in on the mic side and it worked perfectly. I have no way to test the phono input but I assume it also works. 12AX7-12 for the first stage AU7-6GU7 (1 2BH7 similar tube)-6240 G, and the end stage is a KT88 made in China. The operation has been checked with TV7 and it is unused. So, the sound is coming out without any problem as it is now, but the KT88 is not a problem. The KT88 is a bonus. The life of the vacuum tube has been checked by TV7 before the sale, so I think it can be used for a long time. However, the neon pilot lamp of one of the tubes is broken and does not light up, although it does not affect the sound. The plate current of the KT88 is adjusted to 50ma. McIntosh MC-60 Monoblock Tube Amplifier. Vintage McIntosh MC-60 Mono Tube Amplifier. 60 watt mono tube amplifier. There are pits throughout to the chrome chassis, and I applied chrome polish to a couple of areas and it came fairly clean, leaving some tiny pits still viewable. Transformer paint has blemish marks on them & they could be cleaned up. Chrome McIntosh script is in very good condition. Bottom cover looks to have been repainted sometime ago. Some of the internal capacitors look to be replaced and power cord is a 3-prong grounded type. The tubes appear to be American brands. Included in the sale are two different catalogs from the 1970′s in good condition and a service manual. This is a heavy amplifier… The tubes are individually wrapped & packaged in their own box.
