Comes with original paperwork shown for the Pilot amp. Amp works but is scratchy sounding on different functions and needs a cleaning. I did not try any other functions. This is a very rare piece of vintage audio equipment. The tag on the bottom indicates it was made in the USA, but I could not determine the date of manufacture.
