I’m letting go of a few things from from my collection, including this Audiotronics model 300 vintage tube amplifier amp project. Will make a killer guitar amp. If you like the Filmosound stuff, and single-ended amps, this one is great, rare and has a cool look with that front panel, just tweak the circuit and add your preferred controls. Has nice Triad power transformer, good sized output transformer, 6×4 rectifier, 6bq5 (el84) power tube, and a 6av6 preamp tube. Looks to be in stock form. Not currently in a working state.

Everything appears to be there to make a self contained guitar amp, or head. Uses a 6×5 rectifier, 6v6 power tubes, and 6sn7 with dual 6sc7 preamp tubes – tubes are all vintage.

I do a lot of business with them and they always have well cared for gear. Not saying it won’t need adjustments but, it looks like a nice clean unit. Everything you see in the pictures is what is included in this lot. Photos are the best description. Please look at all pictures closely before purchasing. I’m letting go of a few things from from my collection, including this Hoffman A 300 vintage tube amplifier project. This old tube radio chassis has been stripped of the radio components, and is ready to convert into a killer guitar amp! Has the right voltage range for a 5C1 Octal Champ, either use the 6×5 rectifier or convert to diodes to raise the B+. Power and output transformers are there, and tube sockets. Needs your own circuit installed – and typical updates like new. Servicing, caps, desired mods/conversion, and tubes if you want different than stock.

This vintage homemade amplifier is a very unique piece. Hand-built by my neighbor for a high school project when he was a student in 1967. Red power indicator lights up and vacuum tubes glow but not tested with other components connected. Approx 30 watt output. Measures 18.5″ x 11″ x 10. Real wood covered with wood grain contact paper. Made from wooden and metal components, as well as some plastic and glass. Comes with a 10 line output connection capability, 3 input jacks, a spare electrical outlet and it has a fuse. The 4 Dials and toggle switch operate smoothly. Custom metal switch position indicator template panels behind switches are intricately stenciled, cut and drawn on by hand. Power cord is supple and has no kinks or cracks. It’s perfect for vintage electronics and audio enthusiasts and collectors, or for display as a conversation piece. Has a wonderful retro look and feel. The interesting black tinted plexiglass panel has some slight scratches and stains. Casing has some paint stains and nicks, see pics. Comes from a smoker free environment. Guessing the Colonels Eagle was applied because his father was in the military.
