Unsure of whether this is considered a tube amp or not, it was extracted from a vintage reel to reel that could not be identified, therefore this was taken out to salvage what we could from it. I have not tried to power this unit up or test it. I know better not to plug in old electronics without going through them. This unit is dirty and full of dust. It sounds like there is a loose part rattling around in the metal base. This unit is heavy is heavy and weighs 39 pounds and 6 ounces. The measurements are approximately 10 inches by 12 inches. The height is about 9 inches tall from base to top of tallest transformer. There is a Halldorson T3103 Plate transformer. This thing is massive. 5.75″ tall, 6.5″ wide, 4.25 thick. Mint Vintage Leslie TRIAD complete Matched Vaccum Tube Amp Power Supply & Filament Transformer Set. Runs on 117 Volt wall power. The Power Supply Transformer is set up to run a 4 Output Trafo load, so TONS of headroom! The primary is 9.3 k Ohms and the secondary is 16 Ohms. Very good High Fidelity output transformers, better than many output transformers used on Hi-Fi amplifiers. The frequency response is essentially flat (+/- 1 db) from 20 Hz to 60 kHz and they will make full power at 20 Hz. The transformer was also measured with an 8 Ohm load, the primary Impedance was 5K and the frequency response almost as good. Depending on your needs they can be used with either load impedance. They are in MINT physical condition with no rust or oxidation anywhere. The vinyl leads are about 3.5 long and in excellent shape, they are pliable and the colors are clear. The transformers are vertical mounting and fully enclosed. The dimensions are 2.625″ by 2.75″ across the end bells and 3.25″ tall, the mounting centers are 1.75″ by 1.75. The weight of each transformer is about 2.5 Pounds. These could be used to build a nice 15-20 Watt per channel High Fidelity amp. These transformers could be used with a number of small power tubes such as 7189, 6V6, 6BQ5, 6AQ5, 6BM8 and many others. Output from these filament transformers will beautifully power your EL84 PP, 6V6, 7189, or 6BQ5 projects. The power supply transformer measures width 3.75, depth 4.5 and height 3.75 and weighs around 7 Pounds.
