Vintage Scott Type 99C MONO Tube Amplifier Missing Fuse holder PARTS ONLY. This listing is for a Classic Scott Type 99C mono tube amplifier. Amp is in good condition for its age, there is one small dent on the right side of the face (SEE PICTURES), minor smudges and scratches and dust throughout the unit. Power cord is good, and all the jacks and terminal strip in the back is great. The tubes are all present, but the fuse holder is missing, and I don’t have an extra one similar to it to test the unit, sorry. So, it’s being listed as “Parts not working” for that reason. A Very Nice Used Vintage Tube Amplifier Parts With Acrosound Ultra-Linear Transformer Type TO-300. I do not have the separate power supply and did not tested the unit. 2 Tubes are 5692. In great condition for the age. Very clean inside out. I do not know much more about this amp Altec. I got this item in an estate sale. The last owner was a serious collector & an. I bought a large amount of tube amp, preamp, reel to reel etc. I sanitize everything I sell. Please look at the pictures carefully to get an accurate description. And feel free to ask questions. This is not available for international buyers. I will almost certainly send it in two separate packages since one piece is extremely heavy. You get all three pieces as seen in the first photograph and then I give you a lot of detailed photographs of each piece. There is a complex cord that looks like the pin output of a vacuum tube that goes between two of the pieces. Very rare amplifier setup with separate control module and preamp output stage. The backbone of this system is the valuable TO-300 transformer which is labeled as an 18 Watt output variety. There’s a complex interconnect cord as well as a four prong cable that connects the two units together. I don’t dare test this or plug it in because I know a lot of people like to test these on a variac. I give you a lot of photos there is some discoloration and wear on the metal chassis of both units but the toggle switch moves freely into its three positions and the tube plugs don’t look cracked or damaged. Half of the knobs on the control unit turned freely and some have meaningful resistance. You can see some framing of the four prong cable but you’ve got multiple RCA outputs and a power lamp indicator the primary tubes on the larger unit are ge 61-43 / 188-5.
Vintage Westinghouse Receiving Tuner Type RA DA Detector Amplifier Tube Radio. It looks in excellent physical condition. I would call this museum quality. Look at pictures closely. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
