I tested the unit the inputs work I cannot get the radio to work. I’m not sure if I need an antenna or what.

LUXMAN SQ38FD vacuum tube integrated amplifier. Operation has been confirmed, and the unit is functioning properly. All rotary switches, volume controls, and balance controls operate smoothly with no significant static noise or switching shock during normal use. Contact points have been cleaned and treated for improved reliability. Tone controls and filter circuits were tested, and both audible performance and measured values were confirmed to be within proper specifications. The headphone circuit is also functioning normally. All RCA terminals and speaker output terminals are present with no looseness or instability. Please note that the PHONO circuit was not fully tested with an actual turntable setup, therefore subjective S/N performance and noise levels have not been confirmed. Basic measurements including S/N ratio, frequency response, input/output characteristics, distortion level, and maximum output were carried out, and no abnormalities were found. Stable operation was confirmed even under capacitive load conditions with no oscillation issues. The PHONO input was also checked using reverse RIAA measurement, and EQ deviation was found to be within acceptable range. Random inspections of several components showed some aging in capacitance, insulation characteristics, and loss values, but nothing considered problematic for practical use. Vintage mid-1950s Heath Company hand-built Heathkit W3M “Williamson Type” mono tube amplifier and companion Heathkit WA-1 Power Supply in good working condition (see video). Appears to all original and unmolested. No hum and very good cosmetic condition for its age. Amazing that these were engineered so well that its working great after 70 years. All vintage tubes made in USA. Acrosound TO-300 “ultra-linear” output transformer. Being so old, it should be checked out by a qualified tech to replace any out of spec or obsolete components. The only issue I noticed was the multi-pin connected cable needs to be manipulated to find a sweet spot to make a connection, so there must a loose or frayed wire in cable end. Unit powers on condition is unknown – I do not have the equipment or knowledge to fully test it safely. Cosmetically it shows normal wear from age and use including scratches, marks, dust, and handwritten markings around knobs. Interior appears largely complete from what I can see in the chassis.
