Stereo amplifier 2x 10 W at 800 ohm with mono / stereo switch, bass, treble, balance and volume controls. Further functions: override indicator, right / left channel switch, dimming ripple accessible on rear side. Distortion at 10W = 0,3%. Distortion at 11W = 1%. Distortion at 2W = 0,02%. Flat response curve from 7Hz to 40Kz. To use this Power amplifier you need a pair of speaker 800 ohm Philips AD5046 box with 9710AM speaker. I sell this amplifier as not working for restoration project complete with tubes (tubes and transformer ok). I point out that it has a dent on the left side of the metal cabinet as shown in photos 4 and 6. This vintage tube power amplifier type AG9014 is a 2 x 10 Watt Philips stereo amplifier from 1958. The amplifier has balance output stages that are direct, that is to say without the interruption of a transformer, with 800 ohm speakers (initially type AD5038, later AD5046, with AD3701AM and 9710AM drivers respectively) be connected. The matching tuner can be type A5X83A from 1958 (mono) or A5X93A from 1963 (stereo), a suitable gramophone is the AG2209 (with AG3401 pick-up). On the front panel there are 4 rotary controls for Treble, Bass, Volume and Balance. Furthermore, an On / Off slide switch, push buttons for Tuner, PU and Tape selection, Stereo / Mono keys, a yellow Distortion light and a green Mains light. The distortion lamp lights up when the amplifier is almost completely outputted. The amplifier is also supplied with gray buttons instead of cream.
