Vintage Tube Amp

1 Pair of Vintage Marantz 5 Monoblock Amplifiers Tube Amp Lot. Units power on as we brought them up slowly on a variac, all tubes come on. These amps were acquired by us a couple years back from an audiophile collection, back then we did test them and seem to remember there was issues with one if not both of the meters but they were producing sound back then. Due to the age of the items we would recommend them being serviced either way. These are in relatively good condition for their age; there is some scratches, scuff marks, stains, chips and dings; there is some noticeable marks on the side of one of the amps. Also a previous owner etched #s on the back panels of both units; not sure if there is a trick to filling them in to make it less noticeable. These units are getting harder to find; we were hesitant to even list them as we know we probably won’t ever own another pair.
