Vintage Tube Amp

2 Vintage 1950-60′s AMPEX type 6516 Tube Amplifiers with PEERLESS Transformers removed from old obsolete rack cabinets during interior demolition work of former 1950′s TV Station building on Manhattan’s West Side. Super heavy: 26 Lbs each frame. We have several pairs. Condition: used, seems working and playing nicely through small speaker hookup, quite old, tons of dirt. Removed from some sort of amplification farm cabinets. All vacuum radiotrons light up. Original screws and vacuum bulb metal covers had been missing during demolition. Pilot light works in one amplifier, other needs tiny 6.3v bulb. We need them to try out other units. No original tubes Included!!
