I do not know what brand this tube amplifier is, there is no “brand name” to be found anywhere on this item. The name brand most likely fell off, wore off, peeled off or faded off. This item has some tubes inside as pictured. They are: RCA VICTOR 6L6G, 5Z3, 6SN7GT, 6SJ7GT. I do not anything about this item.
