This amplifier was used in my smoke-free home studio only never used for gigs, although I could have. As with most Fender amps this amp takes to pedals very well. I upgraded the power tubes to a set of JJ 6V6 S power tubes and the preamp tube to a 12AX7 Mullard tube. The amplifier is housed in a custom built oversized tweed pine cabinet which houses a Fender Blues Jr. With these tubes and the larger cab this amp is another level up from an already versatile stock Super Champ XD. You wont see a lot of these like this for sale, a really versatile amp with Fender tone. I have removed the tubes and wrapped them in bubble wrap and put them into a separate box.
