Vintage Tube Amp

Offered is a rare (Danelectro built for 3 years only) Silvertone 1471 5 watt tube amp with a 8 alnico magnet speaker. The silvertone 1471 was one of the most popular amps of the 60′s. Great warmth and character out of this small package. Crank it up for a smooth and light drive. Sweet little amp, with simple volume and tone controls and two inputs. All original untouched circuit and all original tubes: Silvertone 12AX7A, Silvertone 6V6 and Silvertone 6X4W tubes, volume, tone and on/off switch. Physical Condition is good. The vinyl tolex has some moderate wear but overall looks nice. The woven grill had a tear in it and was glued back. The amp runs quiet and does not get over hot like many single ended tube amps. Smooth controls, everything works as it should. Will be well packed.
