Vintage Tube Amp

This is a pair of McIntosh MC-30s in excellent condition. These are about as clean as can be expected for this era. There are a couple of rust spots, some very light pitting in places, and maybe a few scratches, but these are absolutely beautiful. These have consecutive serial numbers, which makes them an extremely rare matched pair. You could go years without seeing another matched pair come up for sale. Units have not been turned on for many years, maybe had a resistor/cap or two replaced, and appear to have had the cord replaced. They’re ready to restore the way you want to. Tubes are unremarkable, you’ll want to replace and matched up pairs of tubes on these. The lettering is 98% present on both. The transformers and bottom covers are in excellent condition with paint in beautiful condition. This is a matched pair in terms of the circuitry and components that are identical.
