Scott 299C Tube Amplifier Vintage

This is an estate sale find. Tested everything is working. All tubes light up. Crisp Clean sound no static. Volume knob doesnt turn the unit off, it does control the sound functionality but doesnt turn the unit on and off. Thats the only problem I found with this unit.
