1970 Marshall jmp 50 model 1986 amplifier metal face curved lip amp. This amplifier has zero issues and sounds great. I bought this a few months ago. I have a digital photo of the note the previous owner got with the amp when he bought it off guy named Eric from Austin. I only want what I paid for it no more. I never got the physical signed note as previous owner kept the paper copy but I have a photo of it. I can prove it’s history there and also I have the photo of letter to previous owner by E. It is just a nice sounding old 50 watt watt plain and simple. This can be plugged right into the wall and gets 6.3 volts on filaments at 122Vac. It is a great amp and it gets played. This has some really cool wima caps in it stock and transformers exactly like earlier ones. I need to revise listing soon for exact price I paid and showing the back panel. Where he states it’s a nice one, regard to previous owner and signed it to him. This is a decent tool to make music with. I hope it goes to someone who has the time to gig and plays music. Me or previous owner have not changed a tube or anything in it since E. So it is exactly like it was when Johnson owned it. Really nice sounding and playing amp. I can explain what history I know of it so it is legitimate. It has zero issues and a solid nice sounding amp. Ready to keep rocking and make the next owner very happy! I certainly don’t mind hanging on to it but don’t want to mess it considering the story with the amp. The bulgin cord has electrical tape on it when I received it but it fine considering functions and now a tight fit. I have others that are nicer that I have made that I can included a extra so you do not need to use a electrical taped bulgin cord. Also if you are looking for matched xf2 Mullard pairs I can also help in a separate sale. The tubes in this are real decent and have no problems. Fully insured and signature confirmation via ups. Marshall Vintage Reissues Sound Exactly Like the Original! Though the 50-watt Marshall 1987XL shares the same front and rear panel features as its big brother, the 1959 SLP, it does have its own distinct personality. Sweet warm singing sounds are packed into every nook and cranny of this great tone machine. Part of the Marshall Vintage Series. Mix two channels together for a totally unique sound. New series effects loop feature. Vintage Marshall through and through. Part of the Marshall Vintage Series The main characteristic that these amps share is their simplicity of operation and superb natural valve tone. The result is pure, majestic tone uncluttered by unnecessary circuitry. This produces a big, round, warm, sustain, full of classic character. With chord work you get a bark and percussive attack with a natural sounding breakup, which allows each note to ring out in a glorious musical crunch. Mix two channels together for a totally unique sound With the Marshall 1987XL, you can mix the two channels together by connecting a short, screened patch lead between the second input of channel one and the first input of channel two. If you then plug your guitar into the first input of channel one, you can mix the different tonal characters of each channel for greater flexibility! New series effects loop feature The series effects loop features a true bypass switch that takes the loop completely out of the circuit, thus ensuring that the original tone isn’t compromised. The level switch allows you match the loop to either stompboxes or rack units. Vintage Marshall through and through As is the case with the 1959SLP, the 1987X has fittings and hardware as true to the originals as humanly possible, thus ensuring that authentic Marshall Vintage look. Preamp Valves: 3 x ECC83 preamp tubes and 2 x EL34 power amp tubes. A faithful reproduction of the original, the Marshall 1987XL is just what you’re looking for! RARE Vintage Park Marshall 1210 Rock Head Amp Guitar Amplifier Tube

For sale, is the mighty rare and glorious sounding 1210 “Rock” Head by Park! To my ears, this is one of the best sounding amps of all time. It has a Vox or Hiwatt-like “sparkle” or “glitz” that the Marshalls don’t have. Lately gone through, this thing is unquestionably ready to go. All tubes are with plenty of life. This one has the green tolex, which strongly appears black. There is very faint scuffing on the front. Any defects are illustrated loudly in photos. Ships in non-original Big Deal road case, which is a perfect fit. Tubes: P: 4x Siemens EL34 Pre: 3x Pro/Comm 12AX7A Transformers: T100 Drake 1471-263 DE T4145 100W MVS Super Park Rock Head Z566 From the History of Marshall: In the late 70′s Marshall legend Steve Grindrod was let loose from coffee duty and came up with some classic new designs. One such beast was the aptly named Rock Head (model 1210), which was developed out of the 2150 100 watt combo. Whereas the 2150 was a watered-down version of what Steve had originally envisaged at the request of one of Marshall’s distributors, the Park had no such strings attached and was a phenomenal amplifier by any standards, especially those of the time. An all valve design, it had two channels, which could be cascaded together or foot switched, and a unique master volume circuit that determined the clip point of the power amp rather then the preamp, for that distinctive smooth valve sound at any playing level. Its a 100 watt Marshall that goes from JMP/JCM800 to modified Superlead.
