Each channel is equipped with its own Volume control, and the Top Boost channel offers highly interactive Treble and Bass tone controls. This channel pairing provides an abundance of tone-crafting control, letting you dial in a classic sound that is all your own. Both channels share master Tone Cut and Volume controls. The Tone Cut control operates in the power stage rather than the preamp stage, allowing an additional degree of tone shaping. The Master Volume control works in conjunction with the individual volumes of each channel to create just the right degree of gain staging. The McIntosh Model MC-60 is a 60 watt high fidelity power amplifier designed for home entertainment systems and professional applications where high power and distortion free performance is required. The Model MC-60, like all other McIntosh power amplifiers, uses the exclusive McIntosh high efficiency output circuit and bifilar output transformer to obtain the high standard of performance found in this amplifier. Power output: 60 watts continous. Power Supply: 117/125 volts, 50/60 cycles. Input Level: Input #1. 5 volts to 30 volts, with gain control. Input #2, 2.5 volts (for use with Mcintosh audio compensators and pre amps). Frequency Range: 20 to 30,000 cycles. 1 db at 60 watts output. 16 to 60,000 cycles. 5 db at 60 watts output. 10 to 100,00 cycle 1.0 db at 30 watts output.
