Comes with original paperwork shown for the Pilot amp. Amp works but is scratchy sounding on different functions and needs a cleaning. I did not try any other functions. Included is the faceplate shown, disassembled. After numerous requests I have removed the amp from the wood cabinet, see photos. On the tag it says- PILOT ENSEMBLE MODEL 1110 PILOT RADIO CORP. The amp was tested by our tech and is working good as is with no parts replace. Our tech said this amp was made to be reliable and would make a great foundation for modifications. The tubes are vintage to the unit as we received it and work as is, but the amp may benefit with new tubes. There is wear from use/storage like scratches, scuff and dust. Comes with a custom made schematic for further repairs. 1 x 6J5 RCA. 1 x JAN-CRC-6SN7GT RCA. 2 x 6L6GC International. 2 x 6L6GC General Electric. 1 x 5U4GB CBS. 1 x 5U4GB Sylvania.
