Vintage Tube Amp

This Listing is for a Vintage Heathkit SP-2 Stereo Preamp Pre-Amplifier 12AX7 Tubes. This is in pretty good condition. Tested and it plays well. Some of the pots are just a bit scratchy, could use a good cleaning. It is missing the feet and one of the screws is bent a little. This particular set is the same as the 3-hole military VT-231 version, and tests strong. Special care was taken not to rub off any of the print while testing. The tubes’ test results are displayed in the photos (New 6SN7 Spec 100% = 2,600 Gm). See the photos for physical / cosmetic condition. Notes Regarding Tube Tests. All tubes are tested on an Amplitrex AT-1000 tester in the automatic Fixed Bias Mode (for the most conservative results). This particular set tests strong and are closely balanced / matched. The print on these tubes is fragile and will easily rub off, some has already rubbed off, special care was taken not to rub off any more while testing. 1962 Lincoln L24 tube amplifier. 1 ez81 Raytheon, 4 6eu7 Raytheon, 4 el84 Tungstam made in Austria. Cleaned pots and switches working fine.

Great Collector’s Item from 50+ years ago……… Vintage Lafayette 1971 Model. 12/25/1971 Diagram is included. Recommend Deoxit contact cleaner for static free sound. The last photo shows speaker wire conversion kit. The kit is not included in this sale. This type of amplifier does not meet electrical code. Not isolated from power line, can be a shock hazard.

Vintage Westinghouse Receiving Tuner Type RA DA Detector Amplifier Tube Radio. It looks in excellent physical condition. I would call this museum quality. Look at pictures closely. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

Just in at Tone Chasers Music is this Electro / Rickenbacker Model M8E. This vintage tube combo amplifier is in very good condition with the pictured scuffs and loose tolex being the most significant signs of wear. I DO NOT DO IN PERSON DEALS WITH FIRST TIME CLIENTS.

This amp is from a Baldwin Model J Tone Cabinet. I have the original tubes too. They have not been tested. I would sell the whole tone cabinet, speakers and all, if anyone locally is interested.

VINTAGE BOGEN CHALLENGER AUDIO 50 WATT TUBE AMPLIFIER MIXER. Please see pictures for more details. One capacitor was replaced to improve the sound. Well preserved and looks like it has seen very little use. Can demo it working with us.

Up for sale here is this neat vintage Zenith 7B31 stereo tube amplifier, from 1958 and Made in USA. This is used with light wear and is in great condition. It has no bottom cover or top cover/cage. I believe this normally uses a 5U4GB rectifier, four EL84 output tubes, and two 12AU7 tubes. This has a few new caps underneath, but may need more work, though it will honestly probably work fine like this. Please see my pictures for details. If you have any questions, please ask.
