Vintage Tube Amp

In 1913, Hermann Klasing began producing cables, first in Posen, then in Berlin-Adlershof and, after 1945, in Ingolstadt. In 1990 we were able to inaugurate one of the most modern cable factories in Europe in Denkendorf. Over our 100-year history at the forefront of cable technology, our products have changed many times, but our principles have not. The production of high quality cables according to international standards for demanding customers and markets. We see the rapid changes as a challenge. Based on experience, research and production technology, we constantly develop new products, many of them in collaboration with existing and new customers. The concentration of all resources on the development, production and marketing of low-voltage cables in defined product groups has made us a leading international provider in our industry.

1950s Collins 356B high gain tube preamp or program / monitor amplifier. Same circuit as the Langevin 117a. The original, excellent, ADC transformers are guaranteed but this unit has been untested and the original capacitors must be replaced before applying power. Fantastic preamp for high gain use (ribbon mics, etc) once restored. Datasheet, schematics and test harness included. Tubes included but untested.
