Uses two 5751, 1 5814A(missing), 1 5654, 1 6072 tubes as well as a metal 9 pin Frequency Level FL-501 tube, dated 1959 ATP-QC1238. 1920, 20s, 1930, 30s, 1940, 40s, 1950, 50s, 1960, 60s, 1970, 70s.
