Awesome sounding Ampeg Gemini II G-15 in great condition. Original 15 Jensen speaker sounds great and has a beautiful, deep reverb. Tolex is still in good shape with only minor wear. This is one of my favorite sounding Ampeg amps for guitar, but sounds great with bass as well due to the 15 speaker. Original handle has been replaced with a new one, but the damaged original will be included. Reverb sometimes takes a few minutes to work until the tubes have warmed up. 1968 Ampeg Jet J12 Combo Amp. You dont see these every day. Made between 1968 and 1970, these silver and black Jets are real sleepers. Produced alongside the V series amps made legendary by the Rolling Stones, these amps can get you there without shattering windows or breaking your back. This unit here dates from 1968. A great house amp, but totally usable for small gigs. She really barks and growls as you push the volume. The original, blown CTS speaker has been replaced with an excellent sounding Weber Alnico Classic 12S, a very vintage Jensen sounding speaker. Power tubes were replaced about a month ago with new Electro Harmonix 7591A. This is a really good sounding amp. I hate to part with itits been in my stable for over a decade. But bills must be paid.. Get it and rock the fck out. Get your Exile on Main Street on! I do NOT build from kits. Here is a really neat find! We came across this earlier last week. It is a Fantastic example of a 1963 Ampeg reverberocket R12 R B tube amplifier. These were originally made for a guitar or accordion. This one has its original Jensen speaker, and it looks to have all of the original AMPEG branded tubes. This amplifier was just cleaned, And gone through by a professional technician. The original cord was changed to a new grounded power cord. Other than the cord, the amplifier looks to be completely original. Even the leather handle is in decent condition for its age. The blue checked Tolex is very nice. It is coming up lightly on each seam near the top as shown. This amplifier has a pair of 7591 power tubes. The tube chart is shown in the photos. The original foot switch functions as it should. The reverb echo and tremolo work properly. Please take a look at all the photos and feel free to ask any questions or request additional photos as needed. You are looking at a Vintage 1964 Ampeg EJ-12A Echo Jet All Tube 1×12 Combo Amp. Original Utah 1×12 Speaker. This is a tone monster. Incredible for recording guitar. The Reverb Unit has been removed from this amp. The way this reverb used to function is that it had alligator clips that you would have to connect to another power source (amp) and than it would function. A little confusing and not that practical. Sometime in it’s past someone took the reverb out. Warm & Lush 1960′s Classic Ampeg Tone. Utah Speaker sounds great. Perfect amp for gigging as well as recording. Light, Compact and Portable. Our Amp Tech serviced this amp. He cleaned all pots, jacks and switches. Replaced the Output Transformer. Replaced Power Supply Filter Caps. Installed a new handle. Vintage AMPEG V4 100 Watt Tube Amp Head. Amp head is for PARTS OR REPAIR Missing 2 tubes and the screws for the back cover. Amp power cord has had a poor repair as it appears to be just taped together near the plug. I got this Amp as you see it and have not had it checked out but the last owner said it blows the fuse immediately after powering it on. It’s been sitting around for a long time and intended on restoring it but just lost interest.
