Vintage Tube Amp

Up for sale here is this vintage Magnavox AMP-150-AA tube amplifier. This is a mono two-channel amplifier–it has one channel for the lows and one channel for the highs. This is not a regular stereo amplifier, and will not work like one. It is in extremely nice condition, with just light wear, and has been fully restored, with new capacitors and many new resistors. This is tested and works well. All tubes are included and are good. This has only one 5U4GB with it–there is another socket for one, but I don’t think that’s necessary. Tubes are mostly vintage USA but I believe two of the 6V6 output tubes are Russian. Please see my pictures for details. If you have any questions, please ask. This is a powerful Magnavox push pull stereo 15 wpc tube amp. Uses 4 6bq5 output tubes that are included Two 6eu7 preamp tubes One 5u4gb rectifier tube Brought up slowly on a variac and sounded great! All original and will need to be recapped as with all vintage audio. This is probably one of the best Magnavox amps to use. It has a very simple circuit giving clean sound. Less is more sometimes. Perfect working tube stereo. 5 Watts per channel. Gets pretty loud imo. The solid state rectifier gives your more clean headroom. Small size thats convenient for any office or bedroom. Cherry wood sides and rubber feet are an added bonus. Bottom is exposed to round out that industrial look. Could use a Magnavox logo, but keep in mind this is pulled from an old console and updated. Use with a computer or hook up to a preamp for phono, etc. Including a custom rca/volume knob cable. Will be packed securely. HI, up for sale is this VINTAGE MAGNAVOX AMP MODEL 101B this amp just came out of a fully functional radio console that had a record player and shortwave radio the amp is in good shape it need a cleaning i just used a steel wool on it for a few second and as you can see it will clean up very good, all the parts under the chassis are in perfect shape. Please note that the big black cord was connected to the tuner that was also the ON/OFF switch so in order to use this you must put a on/off switch before you can turn this on and use it. Magnavox 8802 Tube Amp. Amplifier has all new capacitors, including the electrolytic can capacitor. Amplifier also has 390 Ohm resistor mod to give it a bit more punch. Tube Complement is 6V6, 6EU7 and a 6CA4. All tubes are Magnavox. I do not have a tester, but they appear to have little use cosmetically and sound great. This Amp sounds awesome. 1958 Hi-Fidelity Record Player Here’s a beautiful and fun Magnavox Hi-Fi from 1958! This unit was one of the top of the line players from the 1950′s; It’s styling and sound simply can’t be beat… This was completely restored, and looks just fabulous with it’s newly re-covered blue and white cabinet and gold legs. Has a beautiful 4 speed automatic VM record changer, with auto-45 adapter included! You can stack LP’s on this, 45′s too! And each will play in turn, and the unit will shut off automatically when the last record has played. Excellent dual speaker system, and topped off with a powerful three tube amplifier! Both the record changer and amplifier were completely restored. The amplifier has all new components, including all new resistors and capacitors, along with a new 12′ power cord. Strong vintage Magnavox black plate 50EH5 output tubes make this beauty really sound amazing! The changer has a new stereo cartridge and flip over Diamond/Saphire stylus for playing 33′s or 45′s.
