One of the cleanest examples you will come across! This particular amp has a lay down transformer. What this means is that Marshall built it with one of the transformers laying on its side. According to some Marshall collectors, having a transformer lay on its side makes a harmonic difference in the tone which produces a richer distortion and feedback compared to models which have their transformers in an upright layout. The previous owner had the power cable replaced, which is usually a desirable upgrade and makes a nominal difference in the amps “originality” or collectibility. All original except for power cord.
