The VTG 300 the more rare, highly sought after Peavey guitar tube amp that stands out as the “guitar brother” of the VTB 300 bass model. This head amplifier, suitable for electric guitars, known for tremendous headroom and killer mids. Employs vacuum tube technology with four 6550s and 12AX7′s. Overall condition is good- no damage, just some dust, rust, and patina. All tubes are include aside from the four 6550. This is the most robust and powerful amplifer ever made by Western Electric / RCA. These were designed as monoblock amps, class AB, made to power Voice of the Theater speakers, and the like. These are extremely hard to find in recent years, their price and value ever climbing! This will be packed with exquisite care, using double-walled boxes and robust foam wedges and blocks. Western Electric’s beautiful 25-B tube amplifier from the 1920s. Original condition, including the extremely valuable WE 205D “tennis ball” tubes. This is the rarest of rare, pure unobtainium. This unit has not been tested, but looks to be all there. I love vintage electronics and hope you do too.
