Vintage Dynakit series 70 tube Amplifier. A very clean cage and a well-cared-for piece of equipment. The Amp works as i see all tubes light up except one and that one receives power as it gets hot. It may just need a new tube and work perfectly or may need a little service i can’t really say. The person i bought it from was the original owner and was as meticulous and clean as could be. I haven’t cleaned the units outside but i think it could be cleaned to look like new from the outside if you wish. A wonderful piece of our audio history to enjoy. The model 8B stereo amplifier is essentially two 35 watt model 5 units in one compact chassis, and features the same high quality of performance. Vintage Magnavox Vacuum Tube Stereo Power Amplifier Amp 6V6PP. One 5Y3 rectifier was missing so I included a NOS RCA one. Unit was removed from a console television unit a few years back. Would make for a fun project. I’m not sure of the model number. Has speaker terminals on the top and has four 6V6 tubes and a 12AX7 preamp tube. Will be packed securely. Vintage Sony Superscope (became Marantz in 1987) SRA3 Vacuum Tube Stereo Microphone Recording Amplifier / Preamp. The unit passed a signal when a short bench test was done. All tubes tested within spec on a Hickok TV10. This unit should be recapped for continued use. All the lights were working when tested. This listing is for a Dynaco Stereo 70 tube amplifier. I just had this amp running on the bench and it works and sounds great. The Cathode resistors have been replaced with 100 ohm resistors allowing the use of 6L6 (5881) as well as the standard EL34 tubes. Model: Stereo 70 – ST70. Power Tubes: Tung-Sol JAN-CTL-6L6WGB (broken guide pins). Preamp Tubes: Dynaco 7199. Rectifier Tube: Shuguang 5AR4 (broken guide pin). Installed replacement 7199 tube. Replaced fuse, connection at fuse holder and set bias. The Dynakit Stereo 70 is a complete dual 35 watt power amplifier kit which offers the highest possible fidelity, at low cost and in a compact arrangement. It uses a patented circuit of outstanding performance characteristics, along with top quality parts, including the new Dynaco Super-Fidelity A-470 transformers – the finest available. The measured specifications show that the Stereo 70 is an amplifier of unequalled performance, and its listening quality is also unrivalled by any regardless of price. The two non-interacting 35 watt channels provide adequate power, in a stereophonic or two channel system, for loudspeakers of any level of efficiency. The channels can be paralleled for a full 70 watts of low distortion output, suitable for practically any monophonic use even where several loudspeakers are in use in different areas. The high power capability and low internal impedance provide excellent damping for all types of high quality speaker systems without need to make adjustments to match specific speaker installations. 1960′s Fisher 500-B Stereo Tube Receiver in excellent working condition. Plays loud and clean on both channels with great fidelity. Great matching construction set of vintage 7591 tubes, 3 test very good to NOS range, 1 a bit lower, but biasing up fine. Just serviced by my technician. Cleaned all controls & switches. Aligned FM Tuner and MPX Front End. Reduced dial cord tension, lubed tuning. Adjusted Output Bias Voltage. Fair Faceplate and Cosmetics. Has some wear a shown. See all pictures for further description. Very good shape for age but has minor scratches, marks, imperfections etc. Not for total neophytes. Vintage gear requires some knowledge.
