Marshall head amplifier 1959SLP (100w). I bought a new one last year and used it several times. There is a scratch like peeling in the lower left (9th photo). From rockstargear4u, this Fender Super Reverb in very good condition! Awesome vintage two-channel, 4×10 combo amp with Eminence 50-watt speakers, tilt-back legs, and removable wheels. There are several tears to the tolex along the edges of the amp. It appears the previous owner used a Sharpie to darken the exposed wood see close-up for example. Also, there is a small hole and a few snags on the grill cloth (see close-up of hole). There are two previously drilled two holes in the rear chassis panel, but no sign of any modification. Otherwise just light marks here and there from normal use. Still looks fantastic and sounds amazing. All the vintage Fender tone you’d expect. These are basically clones of the famous Jensen RP302, and are rumored to even share the same diaphragms. Tested through a crossover to moderate volume. The voice coils measure 7.1 and 9.8 ohms (DC Resistance). IMPORTANT NOTE: It’s HIGHLY-SUGGESTED that you only solder to the existing wires attached to these tweeters. The voice coil wire is about the size of a human hair on these, is also attached to the solder terminal, and is EXTREMELY fragile. These are not flawed, this is by design the way they were made. For sale is a vintage 1982 Marshall JCM800 Model 1992 Super Bass MKII 100 watt tube amplifier head. This is an amazing sounding amp. It delivers a warm, punchy clean tone for a surprisingly loud range, the typical gritty drive you expect from a Marshall when cranked. This is an early 80′s model with the sought after vertical inputs. This amp is in perfect working order. The only issue of note is some scratchiness when adjusting the treble and volume pots. This is not an issue once you get your settings dialed in. The amp appears to be original with no circuit modifications. It has aftermarket Sovtek power tubes and Mesa preamp tubes. It is in used condition with cosmetic wear. The back plate/tube protection plate is missing, unfortunately. There are a few spots where the tolex has ripped, but nothing too major. Some of the plastic on the corners and the vent cover have chipped next to where it was riveted in. Overall, it is in good shape for its age.
