If you’re looking at the listing, you know what this unit can do. No need for me to upsell, but I will say the tone controls alone make the amp worthwhile. Will be on the road for work for the forseeable future and don’t want this great gear to sit in storage. The unit is clean. It’s been serviced. I think it may need a tube change. I was getting a very slight buzz for a minute but I re-biased it and it went away. I have banana plug adapters, Blue Jean Cables with banana plug adapters and manuals for it too. The on/off works fine, but I’ve been using a power strip to turn the unit on and off to avoid burn out. Will throw these all in free. Kx-200 Service details: Serviced. Power supply rebuilt along with replacing necessary caps. 10 ohm resister installed on power tube to act like a fuse if a tube shorts out protecting the transformers. Bias resister change from 330 ohm to 150 ohm. This keeps power tubes from running hot. Slow start current limiter installed. Sylvania power tubes installed with all 12ax7 tubes made by telefunken which where checked for strength leaks and shorts. Any question feel free to contact me. Up for sale, a 1962 Mulitvox Premier vintage tube amp model 100R in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original two-button footswitch. Produced by Multivox-Premier in New York, the 100R is an uncommon model with a 1×12 enclosure and both tube driven Reverb and Tremolo. Just serviced by our techs here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bat, the two 6V6 driven circuit stays surprisingly clean and warm even at maximum volume. All onboard effects are exclusive to the first channel, and the Reverb is particularly splashy and full with the original reverb pan and controls for both depth and decay. The Tremolo is governed by a pair of knobs as well, with a wide range of speeds and a nice, present chop. Falling somewhere between an Ampeg Reverberocket and a Fender Deluxe in terms of tonal response, the Premier 100R is a lovely and rare amp from the golden age of electric guitar manufacturing. The tag board circuit has been thoroughly serviced as necessary with the majority of the original resistors and capacitors intact, as well as the original transformers. The Clarostat pots date to 1962, and the amp retains the majority of the original Multivox branded tube set. The speaker is a vintage alnico 12 manufactured by Oxford, and the speaker handles the amp’s roughly 15 watts easily and features a new speaker cone. The original two tone textured brown and mustard covering is intact on the amp, and the original polished brass faceplate shows only modest wear with all of the original molded “P” topped knobs intact. The original leather handle is present too and unbroken, and the fragile raised plastic “Premier” logo is fully intact on the amp’s face. The original two-button footswitch is included. This amp is one of the nicer ones I have owned, very minor damage to corners like they typically get, back plate is not missing, tremolo works great and overall has a really cool dark tone. Up for sale, a 1969 Fender Twin Reverb in excellent condition and in good working order. Very clean and well maintained, this Twin is a unique transitional amp that still retains the Blackface era AB763 circuit and is additionally a factory upgrade model with the original pair of JBL D120 speakers. When it comes to the quintessential Fender amp for clarity, headroom, and a balanced, authoritative response perfect for guitar, pedal steel, or your Fender Rhodes piano, it’s hard to beat the Twin Reverb. The top end chimes and twangs without being brittle, and the low end has fullness without being too overbearing. It’s as classic and pure a design as Leo Fender ever created! The circuit is very original, and all of the original Schumacher transformers are present, with dates ranging from mid 1968-early’69. The amp features stock CTS pots, cloth wiring, carbon comp resistors, and a mostly original compliment of capacitors. The main filter caps have been replaced with high quality Sprague Atoms to guarantee years of future trouble-free use, and a modern three-prong power cable has been installed as well. The power tubes are a quad of well matched modern short bottle 6L6s and the preamp tubes are all modern valves as well. The original JBL D120F speakers are both present with original labels on the alnico magnet bells as well as faint factory stamps from 1969. These speakers easily handle the power of the Twin, and the wiring harness is completely stock too, right down to the Fender “F” cap on the 1/4 pancake jack. The original tube chart is intact, noting the AB763 circuit. The original black tolex is particularly clean, with only minor scuffing and very light edge wear. The grillcloth has been professionally replaced on the original screw-in baffle, and when the grill was installed, the original aluminum drip edge trim was removed from the grill. All of the original hardware is present including the chrome tilt back legs, nickel corners, sphinx glides and handle. Gibson GA-18 Explorer 1959 Vintage Tweed Tube Amp Guitar Amplifier Original. This was a 80 year old friend of mines amp he bought it new when he passed away it was given to me its got the period correct guitar cord with it and the 1 button foot peddle, only thing with this is the cord to the peddle is brittle needs to be replaced the power cord is fine not sure if it was ever replaced its black and the foot peddle cord is brown. All the emblems are nice and handel for carrying is perfect no damage at all the tweed is in great shape and outer box is as well has a couple scrapes on bottom corner right and left has all 4 little chrom feet it sits on its got the original components the top where the knobs are is a little worn but you can still make out the name EXPLORER AND VOL AND SUCH ARE WORN FROM TURNING thats the only thing i can see thats used looking. ALWAYS KEPT INSIDE AIR CONDITIONED HOME HE WAS NEVER IN A BAND JUST PLAYED AT GATHERINGS SOLO SO NEVER VERY LOUD ALWAYS PLAYED LOW LEVELS. ITS A BARGAIN FIR SOMEONE. I DONT PLAY OR ID KEEP IT.
