Vintage Tube Amp

Vintage Pilot Hf56 Mono Tube Amplifier/receiver. This item is in good cosmetic condition for the age. I have 2 of these that have been in my personal collection for a long time. This item works great and has been a good unit for me. I haven’t turned either on in atleast a year they have mainly sat on my speakers that I was using so they might need some cleaning. Ready for conversion into a guitar amp. 6au6 preamp, 6aq5 (el90) power tube, 6×4 rectifier – compact in size, made in Chicago during the golden era of vacuum tube circuitry. TONS of potential, these make KILLER harmonica or guitar amplifiers. Used, so has blemishes, but overall a nice project, as pictured, ready for you to finish. Will require servicing and conversion work. Working on tube amps requires skill and safety precautions.
