Tweed Deluxe 5e3 Oxblood Electric Guitar Amplifier Combo 20W with 4 and 8 ohm Connected. Oxblood Deluxe is a tribute to the original Tweed Deluxe 5E3. It is a simple MEDIUM POWERED LOUD AMP to let guitarists hold their own in a small group. As blues, western swing, Western, and rockabilly bands began getting louder, the overdriven tone of a cranked-up Deluxe found its way onto many live and recorded performances. It is relatively small in size, having one twelve inch speaker, four inputs (5E3) and two channels. Each channel has a volume control. Both channels share a tone control. The inputs and controls are mounted at the top of the amplifier. It is often referred to as the “Tweed Deluxe” because of its covering-a light brown material which is actually a cotton twill that is often lacquered. The output valves are driven by a cathodyne phase splitter. These aspects of the circuit make a key contribution to the complex, wild and ragged sound of an overdriven 5E3 Deluxe, especially in comparison to other clean style amplifiers. Oxblood Deluxe features an AC power switch (115V / 230V) to fit the power requirements of traveling musicians, and offers the ultimate dream: a pedal friendly amplifier. Original early 1959 Fender Bassman 5f6-a complete working chassis (minus tubes). If you’re here, you probably know these Original 5f6 amps sound amazing, but if you haven’t experienced an Original late 50′s Bassman amp in person you’ll certainly be in for a treat. This amp chassis is largely original, most importantly the coveted Original Output transformer is in place. This is a great start to a project, or if you have an original cabinet with a heavily modded chassis this is a great opportunity. The chassis plating has light pitting, the control panel overall is very clean, one small ding near the bass control that is not very noticeable when installed in the amp. Silk screen overall is very good, however there are some areas showing wear and faint in spots. Overall very good vintage original condition. Has a replaced power transformer (Classic tone), 3 prong power cord, has bias trim pot, replaced selenium rectifier with diode, some caps replaced upon previous service. This is a 100% original (tubes are vintage, possibly original), clean and working Vintage 1964 St. GEORGE GUITAR STACK/HEAD AND CABINET (MODEL MASSIE 1263, TUBE AMPIFIER) made in USA by St. This is a very rare and awesome amp, an original Ray Cassie designed amplifier with a very classic and warm vintage fender type sound (Cassie once worked for fender so very understandable). This is in great condition, no heavy rip in screen, screens are very full. This has been well taken care of for DECADES (60 YEARS OLD). We have been in this business for some time now, so feel at ease knowing that you are getting exactly what you see in pictures and ONLY what you see in pictures. They are priced to sell, super super cheap for this quality! Here is a super pair of Baldwin D520-10H 40 Watt field coil amplifiers from 1950! Holy Smokes, look how clean these are! These have been in my collection for decades and I have always kept them in a heated and air-conditioned building! The serial numbers are 7251 and 7253. These were made almost one after another on the assembly line. Each amplifier uses: (4) 6l6GC, (2) 5U4G and (1) 6SN7GT. Tubes are not included. I used these amplifiers years ago and they worked great. I have not had them on in a while, transformers are guaranteed, and I would recommend a quick recap to bring these back to these full glory! These amplifiers really sound great. We ran these on a pair of extremely old field coil Lansing speakers and just loved them. I’ll never forget that light airy sound with stereo imaging that I just haven’t heard of since. Great to find a wonderful stereo pair in such wonderful condition. The red manual IS NOT included! We use all brand new boxes and packing material from Uline. Each amplifier will be packed separately, so you will receive 2 boxes.
