Vintage Tube Amp

If you’re an uncompromising collector of antique technology, make sure to check out all my listings after you look at this one. I don’t think you’ll find a better, broader or more balanced assortment of technical antiques anywhere — hundreds of listings each year, almost all of them featuring eye-popping “gee whiz” gadgetry in exceptional original condition. Here are three working Western Electric 216-A amplifier tubes with good emissions. When tested on a Dan Nelson calibrated TV7/U tube tester, with 6.3 volts to their filaments, the tubes scored 44/35, 45/35 and 54/35. They were further tested in an early 20′s battery amplifier, and they all work well.

The stock circuit had four 6550 output tubes in parallel push pull. Stamped codes on base are FT5426433 and 138243E. Please ask questions if you have any. Item has finish imperfections and wear. Only what is pictured and described is included – if unclear, then ask to clarify.
