Up for sale, a 1980 Marshall-built Park MV 1×12 vintage tube amp in excellent condition and in perfect working order. Offering a whopping 100 watts via a quad of vintage USA-made EL34 power tubes, this Master Volume-equipped Park combo is both incredibly powerful and decidedly compact. Offering two distinctly voiced inputs with dedicated Gain knobs and gain structures, this Park can offer cleans with lots of dynamic muscle and sparkle, and gobs of thick ripping crunch, harnessed by the Output Level (Master) control. A custom-made footswitch is included too, making switching between the channels a snap! The circuit is extremely original, boasting modestly massive Drake transformers and a preamp retaining virtually all of its original signal caps and resistors. The preamp retains vintage valves from the likes of Telefunken and Fisher, and the matched quad of power tubes are Peavey-branded, yet produced by Sylvania. The speaker is Celestion Sidewinder, well suited to the Park’s tonal properties and significant output. The raised Park logo is intact on the small check grillcloth, the black levant tolex shows only light edge wear, and the silver faceplate retains the full compliment of knobs.
