You are looking at a Vintage 1970 Fender Super Reverb Silverface 4×10 Combo Amp. In production from 1964 to 1982. This is one of those Iconic Amps that put Fender on the Map. The Fender Super Reverb 45-watt tube combo guitar amplifier was offered in a silverface finish between 1968 and 1982, Well-known for its scooped mids, the Super Reverb features the same design as the Fender Super, but with the addition of built-in reverb and tremolo effects as well as four 10 speakers. Famous Super Reverb players include Johnny Marr, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Robben Ford, and Derek Trucks. This is a Non-Master Volume Amp. Brand New Fender Branded 10 Speakers. (Made by Eminence for Fender). This Amp was sitting in a garage for many years. We replaced the speakers, Grill Cloth, Reverb Tank and several small parts. Vintage Fender Champ Blackface Vacuum Tube Guitar Combo Amp! Listing is for a vintage Fender Champ Amp guitar amplifier. I believe it is 1966. In good condition for its age and sounds great. Speaker has been upgraded to a Jensen, plug has been changed (see pic), and the on/off switch works fine in the up and down position but there is a middle area where it doesn’t switch over to on or off (it was never an issue but just thought it should be mentioned). I will also include an extra JJ tube but the vintage tubes sound gorgeous. Amp will be packed very well. The fine item you are considering is a Vintage Alamo 2×10 Combo Tube Guitar Amplifier Amp. This cool vintage Alamo tube amp sports a pair of 6V6s for power tubes, and two original 10 speakers. The amp is basically working but it has some issues, these being that while the normal channel works perfectly and sounds fantastic at higher volumes (great break up and very spanky) the Vibrato channel looks to have what I think is a bad pot, which is very crackly (loud crackles when turned) and isnt allowing the volume to be as loud as it should be. Also, it doesnt appear that the vibrato effect is functioning. One of the paper cones on one speaker is torn, but I cant hear it effecting the sound, and otherwise the amp shows typical wear from age and use, but makes a great vintage appearance. The amp measures 23 long and has a nice chrome front plate. Please see my photos to have a look at this nice item.
