There are no accessories included. There were no problems when it came to sound, but I cannot answer questions about the names of the vacuum tubes or their condition. I couldn’t detect any crackling that would interfere with playing, but since this is a vintage amp, I wouldn’t recommend it to those who are sensitive about such things. As sound is a matter of personal preference, I will refrain from commenting on it, but this was a product that was highly acclaimed as a domestically produced vacuum tube amplifier at the time, and it is still one of the vintage amplifiers with many enthusiasts today. The texture of the distorted sound reflects the trends of the time when it was released, so some people will like it and some will dislike it.
