Vintage Tube Amp

I offer for sale an old Tesla amplifier. The device has not been used for many years, it is in mint condition. I did not turn on the amplifier from the mains to avoid damage. Description: Amplifier for amplifying acoustic frequencies supplied by a microphone, gramophone record, photon of cinema equipment, etc. Either one larger or several smaller speakers can be connected. Basically, it is a four-stage amplifier with a symmetrical output stage. A special pre-amplification stage is built in for the photon. By changing the frequency response with the control elements, the amplifier can be adapted to each type of transmission in order to achieve a high quality of reproduction. The amplifier can be used both in the home and in industry and in various establishments. At home, it can work as an amplifier for a record player, so better reproduction can be achieved than with a radio receiver. In industry, various uses can be found where the sensitivity and power of the amplifier are sufficient, for example during various measurements, checks, in laboratories and in operation. For small telephone transmitters up to 15 to 20 W, the amplifier is used as a very good modulator. Rated output power/voltage: 8W/100V. Power supply/power: 110, 120, 150, 200, 220, 240V / 70W. Mosvalve/Bk Butler RT-2100R rack mount amp. 100 watts of power. Fantastic clean and overdrive tones. High quality US made amp at a great price point. Used but good overall shape.. Some crackle in the volume knobs, most likely just dirty pots, evens out, only crackles when moving the knob. Has 2 brand new 12ax7 preamp tubes. Have 2 more Mesa preamp tubes I’ll send with it so you can dial in your preference. The Tube Works Mosvalve RT2100 is a vintage rack preamp power amplifier that was made in the United States. Known for being hard to find, this model is part of the Tube Works brand and features a unique tube-driven design.

Rare Vintage Kitty Hawk M1 100 watt amp head. Made in Germany in the 80s. The 8 ohm output does not work. There is a small push button that has been added right above the 8 ohm output. Maybe this has something to do with it. Also, one of the control knobs has been knocked off along with the shaft of the pot. Anyway, the amp sounds awesome and works great otherwise.

Learning from their experience with the 274B, Sophia Electric’s designers crafted this tube to be 1/3 274B and 2/3 5U4G. The result is a magical-sounding tube at a lower price than the 274B, with broader compatibility in real-life applications. The only trade-off for delivering such high sonic performance is a limitation in maximum current capability. The maximum current is 200-220mA at 450V DC. It may not be suitable as a replacement for 5AR4/5U4 if only one rectifier is used for both channels in a push-pull 6L6, EL34, or KT66 amplifier. It performs best when each channel has its own rectifier tube. The lifespan of the tube is directly related to how hard the tube is operated to its maximum specifications. If used within its design parameters, it will be a super reliable tube, much like vintage 5U4 tubes have proven to be. Now that I have about ten hours of playing time on them, I’m confident in saying that they are exactly what I was hoping for. The Sophia blue glass 5U4G tubes are now in my Cary SLI-80 integrated amp featuring all factory upgrades. They replace nos RCA 5U4G rectifier tubes. When I need additional tubes, I will think of Sophia first. I’m using it it in the power stage of my Woo Audio headphone amp, and out of the box it sounds truly amazing. Currently, I have a quad of Sophia Electric EL 34s in my tube amp, your rectifier tubes in my preamp and headphone amp, and a 6SN7 in the preamp. I also have the incredible Magik Box.

Up for sale is a beautiful pair of Klipsch Forte speakers in excellent condition. These Paradigm speakers are solidly built and sound crisp, musical and coherent with airy highs, intimate mids and solid bass for the size. All drivers are working perfectly and cabinets are in excellent cosmetic condition with minor marks from normal use. With high sensitivity, they sound best with tube amplifiers.
