Vintage Organ Tube Amplifier. To use the gearhead expression “ran when parked”, it did work before I put it storage. As you can see, storage has not been kind to it. This unit has 1x 5U4GB Rectifier, 4x 6BQ5 / EL84 power tubes and 4x 12AX7 tubes. This amplifier is a prime candidate for a sweet little conversion project! The last 2 picture are from Worthpoint to show you what this looks like shined up. This is in Louisville, Kentucky.

Looks like NOS but hard to say. One of the PCB boards has a slight bend which is just cosmetic. Very sweet sounding little amp that holds its own against much bigger amps! Sweeter sounding then bigger brother ST-70. I have two so one must go.

Retro Gear Shop is a high-end boutique store located in Nashville, Tennessee. HH Scott LK-48 LK48 EL84. For sale is a rare vintage H. Scott ScottKit LK-48 Integrated Stereo Tube Amplifier. The unit powers up, humming through speakers but we couldn’t get output. It appears to be a Scott kit that has been heavily modified so there is very little documentation on this unit. We do not have time to service this, our techs only spent 30 minutes with the unit. Some other notes our tech: the compensator switch was rewired as power switch, “vol” is off, “loud” is on – Loudness knob is volume knob -tested with signal into tuner ins as there is a “tuner” label on input selector, “extra” input was expected to work with Aux ins but apparently does not. We do not specialize in this type of equipment and don’t have further time to check it out. Check out the pictures to make sure you like it. Any questions please ask!

This assembly was removed from a 342B amp prior to listing. The front green panel is slightly bent on both sides (see photos). The unit does attach to a rack nicely with any issues. There is wear from use/storage like scratches, scuff, dust and some paint chips. Details regarding mounting from Altec manual. The 12210 Assembly is available to adapt the 342B amplifier for rack mounting. It requires five units of rack space (8-3/4) and consists of a mounting shelf, two shims, and front mat. Installation is accomplished by fastening the shelf to the bottom of the 342B amplifier chassis by means of four screws through the slots in the shelf and in turn mounting the whole assembly to the rack. The two shims are screwed to the rack rails. Mount the front mat over the panel by means of screws through the four inserts provided on the shelf and shims. Original pre amplifier for Philips HF303 HF304 or HF309 monoblock end amps. Housing is in nice condition, as well as the original inside. It has original Philips tubes, and it plays great. This is the mono version of the HF306 stereo pre amplifier. These come up rarely for sale, they are super rare. Unfortunately it is missing one knob insert as can be seen on the photos.
