Vintage Tube Amp

For sale is a very rare Bogen PR16 transcription turntable. It has been tested, the turntable is running quiet on both 78 and 33.1/3 rpm. But putout NO SOUND, all tubes is lighted up, all capacitors, resistors are intact, no signs of repair or alternated (see photos). It is NOT working condition. This unit is heavy.

Late 50s early 60s Motorola SH12N Stereo Tube Amp Suitcase Turntable. This is a portable, in name, record player, a Motorola SH12N. Stereophonic HiFi Tube Amp Record Player. Here’s a little piece of history from Motorola! The speakers are fully removable from the side of the suitcase. They hinge out, but the hinges are half-clasp, so once they are opened all the way, the speakers will release from the body of the turntable, allowing you to set them upright at whatever angle is preferred. This has been sitting in my closet for decades just collecting dust.

Vintage RAULAND TUBE AMPLIFIER & RCA 45 rpm Turntable. Was working great, but has been in storage for 2 years and has not been tested since then. Also included are speaker cords that fit the jacks in back.

Up for sale folks is a vintage RCA tube amplifier with built in turntable. It appears be be a fairly nice unit, and to my understanding is like a very high quality portable stereo system. The amp is an MI-12218-B. The record player built into the top cover is an MI-4833-A. The amp uses two 6V6 output tubes, three metal 6J7 tubes, and a single 5Y3G. The turntable appears to have one speed only and most likely is just 78RPM. The tonearm is Astatic SL-8 with a ceramic cartridge. The center adapter for the platter is missing, and will have to retrofit a piece to fit. I have NOT tested any aspect of this unit, and as it is a vintage tube amplifier, it should have the tubes checked and brought up on a variac. It appears to be complete and all original, with no modifications. This uses a specialty AC adapter that plugs into the front to power the unit. The plug and cord is included but is missing the two prong adapter on the end. This has been sitting for many, many years so will need to be completely restored. It has an inch of dust and dirt on it. There is some light corrosion on top of the metal case and sides. In addition, the chassis is not so perfect, with some surface rust from storage.
