Vintage Columbia tube stereo amplifier from working console cabinet. Consists 6BQ5 (2), 12AX7, 5U4GB and all tubes printed CBS made in USA. Pulled out from working stereo console & shows some sign of age. It will need serving for best results. Vintage COLUMBIA TUBE AMPLIFIED with Voice of Music 4 SPEED AUTOMATIC RECORD PLAYER. Fully restored, tube amplified, internal speaker plays beautifully. Circa: 1957 Voice of Music record changer model 1210A. Size: 17″W x 20″D x 10H. Optional and additional Legs add about 15 to height. (about 24 tall with legs attached) Legs / stand is NOT included. Optional and additional chrome tulip stand is about 20 higher. Speakers: contains a 7-1/2″ full range Alnico woofer and one 3″ tweeters. Tube Compliment: powerful push pull configuration, 50C5, 50C5, 12AX7, Plus one new silicone diode that replaced old selenium rectifier. Cartridge: Has a new TETRAD brand stereo ceramic cartridge with stereo flip over needle. 07 mil diamond on one side for LP’s and 3 mil sapphire on the other for 78′s. Record Changer: Voice of Music model 1210A, 4 speed automatic. Note: A 45 spindle adapter IS included. Note: Vintage style, unfinished, new Danish pencil legs with mounting brackets are optional and additional and not included with this listing. 4 Speed changer: 78, 45, 16 and 33 RPM. New rubber motor mounts. New idler wheel (rebuilt). Original speaker grill cloth has been refinished. New rubber feet have been added to protect case and furniture surfaces. Portable suitcase style cabinet cleaned, detailed and painted in areas. Handle has a crack in center of leather strap. Don’t recommend using handle as case is very heavy. Legs with mounting brackets are not included with this listing. Chrome Tulip stand not included. AMPLIFIER has been fully serviced. Tightened tube socket pins. Cleaned tube socket pins. Cleaned controls with Deoxit. Replaced electrolytic filter capacitors with new. Replaced out of tolerance resistors. Replaced wax tubular capacitors. Cartridge: Tetrad, STEREO with new tone arm wiring harness, Diamond. 07 mil for LP’s on one side of flip over style needle and 3 mil Sapphire on the other side for 78′s. Has a used lint record goove cleaning brush attached to end of tone arm to keep your vinyl gooves lint and dander free for proper needle tracking. Record Changer: Voice of Music 4 speed automatic.
