Vintage 1960s Sears Silvertone 1485 tube amp head made by Danelectro. Just professionally serviced and working. These are highly sought-after vintage amps known for huge clean tones, gritty garage rock breakup, excellent tremolo, and deep tube reverb. Service completed. Replaced bad 6GC7 phase inverter tube with new Sovtek tube. Cleaned potentiometers, jacks, tube sockets, and controls. Tested and functioning Important. Head only – no speaker cabinet included. Still has original electrolytic capacitors installed. They are currently functioning OK, but future replacement is recommended for long-term reliability. Rare vintage 1950′s Danelectro Envoy AC/DC tube amp. Features the unique AC/DC selector. The tubes are of course included, but condition unknown. For safety: the amp should not be powered on without first understanding how the AC/DC selector works.

Danelectro 1955 Supro TV Front 6V6 12 Combo Tube Amplifier Serviced.. Cabinet has been re-covered but maybe the original is still under it. They left it on the back panel.

Is what it is. We used to see these all the time in the pawn shops back in the late 80′s early 90′s and as guitar players we loved the fact that you could get them cheap. This one has the original 15 speaker which… Man has to be pushing 60 years old. The head comes out and must have a speaker cable (I think this is a mod from the original). All i know is that if you want a Nirvana sound… If you want loud tube crunch this can’t be beat.

Project amp I haven’t gotten around to. It needs at least a new power plug as it had a widowmaker currently. Cab has a new jensen.

When turned on the back light does indeed light up (see last picture). I don’t have anything to connect to it nor do I know anything about the piece. Original back piece, missing all The screws, but two. Please note darker area on left side of piece. Please let me know if you have any questions.
