Vintage Tube Amp

For sale is a vintage Phantom tube linear Amplifier. This sale is as is and not tested and for parts/repair. It is really dusty, however, tubes are intact. The meters will need to be replaced in the front since the cover are missing. There is some oxidation on the case but not bad. This was in an attic for years by a ham enthusiast. The plug part will need to be replaced. Overall, I’m sure the caps will need replacement and some tubes. This will be insured and packed well. We thank you for viewing our items for sale. Powers on, all 6 tubes light up evenly and appear to be good. I was able to test the unit beyond that, but it has no apparent issues. This will be packed with exquisite care. Heathkit SB-220 Linear Amplifier. This is an all complete unit with Original Heathkit Assembly Manual. Inside has 2 x 3-500Z tubes. Bought his a a recent hamfest and original owner said it was still working. Being so old I suggest having this unit gone through by a tech to make sure everything is good. I have not tested this or even power it up. Unit appears to be all stock and original. There is also a small little dent/ding on the top cover which is hardly noticeable in pictures above. Loose wire in the chassis and loose metal parts rolling around. Upon closer inspection, the previous owner had repaired the unit and used incorrect hardware to mount the replacement parts which are rolling around inside one transformer cover.
