McIntosh MC-60 Monoblock Tube Amplifier. Vintage McIntosh MC-60 Mono Tube Amplifier. 60 watt mono tube amplifier. There are pits throughout to the chrome chassis, and I applied chrome polish to a couple of areas and it came fairly clean, leaving some tiny pits still viewable. Transformer paint has blemish marks on them & they could be cleaned up. Chrome McIntosh script is in very good condition. Bottom cover looks to have been repainted sometime ago. Some of the internal capacitors look to be replaced and power cord is a 3-prong grounded type. The tubes appear to be American brands. Included in the sale are two different catalogs from the 1970′s in good condition and a service manual. This is a heavy amplifier… The tubes are individually wrapped & packaged in their own box. Vintage Fender Bronco Tweed Tube Amp 6 Watt Guitar Amplifier Rare Powers On. Anything beyond is at buyers expense. A great amp that is pretty rare. Powers on and seems to work. Apparently I had the tubes backwards when I had it listed earlier not working. Tested the tubes and all were good, I did replace one. It was good, but didn’t have as much life as it should. So you should be good on the tubes for awhile. I plugged in a mic and was able to hear it in the back of our shop so it does work. See pics for more details of the true physical condition. It does have some wear and scars, but that just shows it’s lived. Ask questions in advance and while no expert in amps, will do my best to get you an answer. Up for your consideration is this very nice Vintage Bogen Mono Tube power Amplifier model M-330A that worked 40+ years ago. I believe this is a 30 to 35 watts amp. It is in very nice cosmetic condition with some scratches & scuffs from age & use. It has an assortment of connections on the backside like 3 microphone inputs, 2 phono Mag cartridge inputs, 2 aux inputs. Controls for mic 1, 2, 3, aux 1 & 2, master volume, bass and treble. I believe this is a 5 tube unit 2-7868, 1-7247 and 2-6EU7. It is all is original or at least when I bought it 40+ years ago. This Bogen has been in the family for over 40yrs & worked fine back in the day. It was passed to a to a different family member years ago & had been forgotten about until recently. Measures 22 1/4″ Wide, 17 1/2″H and 7 1/2 deep. Weights 38.5 pounds. Appears to be a newer power cord. Body has normal age scuffs to it, but still presents well.
